How It Works 

Generally, weather permitting, we set up at night between the hours of 8:30pm & 11:30pm. Should we need to push for the set up due to weather or scheduling, we generally set up between 5:30am and 9:30am. During the freezing winter months, we are at the mercy of the weather and see a lot more morning set ups. If a morning drop is an issue for you please let us know at the time of booking. We aim to have every display be a surprise, but during rare weather events, we sometimes have to set up while the kids are at school. 

We cannot set up in lightening, torrential down pours, icy conditions or high winds. We will be in touch if a storm is predicted with alternate times for delivery. We rarely have to cancel entirely. We can even set up right inside your door if space allows. If your lawn is covered in snow you must shovel 12-15ft, 2 shovel lengths deep. If its hot and hasn't rained, we ask that you water your lawn an hour prior to us coming. 

Displays are one calendar day. Generally we pick up the same time we drop off unless there is a weather incident. If we don't need the display, we often leave it an extra day or two for your enjoyment. If this is an issue please let us know ahead of time, especially if a gardener is expected. 

If you are planning a rental surprise for a friend or family member someone on the property needs to be aware that we are coming. If this is not possible please let us know. 

Do's & Don'ts to ensure a successful rental! 

Please do take lots of photos and tag us on social media! 

Please do let us know that you loved your display! 

Please do refer us to all your friends and family! Referrals are our highest form of flattery and keep our local, family run business going! 

Please don't touch or move the signs. This is a no-no for our insurance. If you have an issue or need it moved, please call us and we will take care of it. 

Please do not let kids play or run around the display.

Please do not schedule a display if your gardeners are coming during the rental period. A fee of $20.00 per piece will be charged for any damaged sign. 

Please do not let your pets near the display.
